These Terms apply solely to CareBridge Partners and comply with the 2024 TCPA and FCC requirements, including the one-to-one consent mandate.

You may receive messages such as:

- Provider-initiated check-ins or instructions

We do not send promotional or marketing messages.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your clinical care needs. Typically, you will not receive more than one message per contact attempt unless there is active coordination or an outstanding clinical matter.
4. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, we will cease SMS communications unless you opt in again in the future.

Consent is not a condition of receiving medical care. You may continue receiving treatment whether or not you opt in to SMS communications.

We take your privacy seriously. Any phone numbers or personal data you provide for SMS use are governed by our Privacy Policy.
SMS consent is never shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
8. Liability & Limitations
CareBridge Partners is not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier, which may be outside our control.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and will make updated versions available online. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
