These messages may include visit scheduling, appointment confirmations, care team check-ins, or instructions related to your ongoing treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms apply solely to CareBridge Partners and comply with the 2024 TCPA and FCC requirements, including the one-to-one consent mandate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Types of Messages You May Receive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may receive messages such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appointment scheduling or rescheduling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Referral follow-ups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provider-initiated check-ins or instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medication or therapy-related inquiries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notification of upcoming care-related calls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We do <strong>not<\/strong> send promotional or marketing messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Message Frequency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Message frequency may vary based on your clinical care needs. Typically, you will not receive more than one message per contact attempt unless there is active coordination or an outstanding clinical matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Opting Out<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying <strong>STOP<\/strong> to any message.
